Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be free from damage caused by misuse and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Fees & Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exceptions: We will cover return costs only if the item arrived damaged, is defective, or if we sent the incorrect item. These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and passes inspection, we process your refund within 10 business days (Mon-Sat).
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return

- Approval: Do not send items back until you receive written approval and a specific return address from our team.
- Ship: Use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without valid tracking proof.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
